Join Flower City Chiropractic and Sontay Wellness Services for a night of plants and new friends!

* What is this? A time to learn about plants, swap, share with others, snack & try nonalcoholic drinks, and meet new friends
* Cost: Please bring 1 plant (4 inch pot or larger) as your ‘entry ticket’ for the swap. You are welcome to bring as many as you'd like, but we are guaranteeing everyone at least 1 swap :)
* What should I bring? Anything additional plant related. If you have plants that no longer bring you joy, extra cuttings/seeds/pots/supplies, feel bring them along. If you are part of a local/small business and want to share what you do, feel free to also bring along some business cards!
** Parking: We have a small parking lot in front of our building, but some may need to park close along the road
* We are not having any plant sales at this event while we get settled in our new space, but would love to touch base for future events!
* Who is invited? Anyone who wants to join- bring your friends! (You do not have to be a patient to attend)
* We will have labels for everyone if you don’t label them prior. Helpful information includes: plant name, sun and water requirements if known, if grown indoor/outdoor
* If you have planty things you’d like to get rid of, but can’t attend, we will have more plant nights soon! You’re also welcome to drop items off if you’d like.
