The Cabaret is hosted by Debbie Gifford. Internationally renowned jazz vocalist Debbie Gifford has been nominated “Jazz Musician of the Year, “Jazz Band of the Year”, and “Vocalist of the Year” in the Annual Free Times Music Awards. Not only an internationally renowned vocalist, she is the leader for her own jazz ensemble “Debbie Gifford and The Best in Jazz” and is featured vocalist with The Prime Time Big Band in Cleveland, Ohio. She performs all styles of music including Ballads, Swing, Latin, Pop and Rhythm and Blues.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Music Education and a Masters of Music in Vocal Performance. Debbie began her musical career at the age of four when she got her first taste of show business performing the solo “Dite Moi” as Ngana in the musical South Pacific. Debbie appears in many of the top jazz clubs, music festivals and concert venues in the United States and China, as well as, Italy, France, Germany, Austria and Spain. Debbie has five CD’s currently in distribution in the United States and Europe.
Admission includes dinner with the show. Meal by J&J catering. One of the most famous and beloved of all Hungarian dishes, this authentic Chicken Paprikash recipe features tender chicken in an unforgettably rich, flavorful and creamy paprika-infused sauce! Served with Spaetzle, a salad will be included. We can't wait to see you The Lyric's debut Cabaret event.
