Yoga For Everyone - Free Introduction Class!

Free Yoga at Main Street Yoga - A Cultivate Fairmont Grant Project

Giving access to all for yoga that is accessible to ALL!

Classes will cover a wide variety of styles to introduce you to different approaches to movement - all accessible to all bodies.

If you think you can't do yoga - please join us so that we can walk beside you as you discover what you are truly capable of. This isn't about being flexible, touching your toes, or balancing on your head. It's about getting in touch with your body and mind while connecting with other community members in an inclusive and accepting environment.

There will be a series of FREE classes throughout the fall on Thursdays and Saturdays! A complete schedule will be distributed soon!
