All day on Thursday, August 14th, any individual with a disability gets free admission to the fair! 🎡
Persons accompanying a person with a disability (caregivers, support staff, friend/family, etc) will also be granted free admission this year!
Prairie Lakes Transit has kindly offered free rides for anyone participating as well, let them know if transportation is needed.
No “proof” or documentation required, invisible disabilities are welcome.
Improvements to restroom accessibility are in the works for future years, but until then— if the restrooms provided do not meet your access needs, please stop by the fair office and let them know, they’ll be happy to assist you the best they can 🫶🏻
Feel free to stop by the FAHRO booth if you’re in need of some shade and rest 🌤️
During the first ever Disability Awareness Day in 2024, over 150 people were able to enjoy the fair when they may have previously been unable to. We’re rallying to beat last year’s record, make sure you spread the word!
