Unbreakable: Strengthen Your Core, Fortify Your Spine Workshop

Most of us spend our days sitting—at desks, in cars, on couches—and it’s taking a toll on our backs. Join Holly Shenk, NASM CPT & 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher for an interactive Spine & Core Strength workshop. This hands-on experience is designed to teach you how to build a more resilient core and a healthier, more supported spine. Whether you’re dealing with stiffness, chronic discomfort or simply looking to lift heavier, this session will help you build strength where it matters the most: your core. Through guided movement, posture training and real-time feedback, you’ll learn practical techniques to reduce back pain, prevent injury and build core & spinal strength.

Open to ages 12 and up.
All participants 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
