 Only the Best will Win … Bill-E’s Small Batch Bacon is the Best, which is
why we’re hosting only the best Chefs to compete in the Best of Bill-E’s
Bacon Chef’s Challenge.
 If you want a spot in the competition, then tell us what makes you a
Bacon expert. For example …
o What are good examples of Chefs using bacon as a center of the
plate item?
o Have you considered using whole or partial pork bellies for a
carving station?
o Why is bacon critical to your best dish?
o Do you currently use Bill-e’s Bacon (Not a disqualifier)?
 All submissions will be kept confidential. We’re looking for Chef’s that
are committed to serving the best and want to prove they’re the best!
 Winning Chef earns a Golden Ticket to the 2025 World Food
Championships in Indianapolis Plus $300 Cash Prize
o Judging will be according to WFC EAT Guidelines
 Specifications to follow.
 Registration Fee is $100 per Team
o Bill-E’s will provide the product
 Team’s are required to provide 200 samples for People’s Choice (can be
different than their competition dish).
