Awaken your day with the practice of meditation; allowing awareness to your breath, becoming a focus of expansion, clarity, space, and attention (where energy flows).

Conscious breathing brings the transformation to the Sacred Breath, with a four-step process Activation though Mantas and Visualization to clear your physical, emotional and mental bodies; dismantle worries, fears and toxins, changing the vibration of your thoughts creating the intention to find inner peace and balance. Discover how going inwardly is the key to alignment and spark the creativity of your daily life.

Cancellation Policy - PLEASE READ - Should you need to cancel your booking, please do so two hours prior to class start time. Cancellations within two hours of class start time will not be credited. If you are a monthly unlimited member, you will be charged $5 per no-show after two no-shows.
