Live on the Square presents Hi Council

The Hi Council is an alternative/grunge rock band that also plays a few country and pop songs in their creative style. With an evening of originals and amazing covers, The Hi Council consists of singer (Tugg Hill), guitarist (Riley Brown), bassist (Carter Spalla), and drummer (Chase Copeland), Live on the Square is very excited to have The Hi Council joining us in Central Park.
