Little Pub and Literature: A Touch of Stardust

The Fairfield Public Library and Fairfield's Little Pub team up for a unique experience: book talk, cocktails, nosh, and laugh. Gather with old friends or make new ones. Nancy Sweeney, Fairfield Woods Branch Manager, will lead the discussion. Books are available at the Fairfield Public Library. All are welcome to join us.

This month's selection is A Touch of Stardust by Kate Alcott

Julie Crawford left Fort Wayne, Indiana with dreams of being a Hollywood screenwriter. Unfortunately, her new life is off to a rocky start. Fired by the notoriously demanding director of Gone With the Wind, she’s lucky to be rescued by Carole Lombard, whose scandalous affair with the still-married Clark Gable is just heating up.
