26 year old Jake, son of Hamburg native and long time resident Tanya Kays, is currently being treated at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville Fla for a rare and serious condition called Thrombotic Microangiopathy, that requires intensive treatment including chemotherapy and frequent dialysis.

Claremont Distillery tasting room will be open and there will be food available from Alda Grill, Emily’s Hearth and Smokin Mo’s food trucks, along with face painting for the kids by Denise Stapert, Tricky-Tray, 50-50 and more!
