Homeschool Adventures

Kindergarten – 2nd Grade: 10:00-12:00pm
3rd Grade – 5th Grade: 1:00-3:00pm

This program is designed for homeschool students to explore the park throughout the year. Each month we will have activities for the two different age groups. The younger age group for Kindergarten through 2nd grade students will meet from 10:00 – 12:00pm. The older group is for students in 3rd grade – 5th grade and runs from 1:00 – 3:00pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

This month, pending safe ice, we will be ice fishing on the Shelter #3 Pond. If ice is not a safe thickness, there will be a back-up program that will take place in the Jefferson County Park Nature Center.
