Caregiver Support Group

The Jefferson County Caregiver Support Group is a community-based group that meets once a month with support from Jefferson County Health Center. It provides a welcoming, supportive space where caregivers can connect with others, share experiences, and feel understood as they navigate the challenges of caring for a loved one.

Whether you’re new to caregiving or have been in this role for years, this group offers encouragement, connection, and a reminder that you’re not alone.
