Grief Support Group

The Jefferson County Grief and Loss support Group is a community group that meets once a month with support from JCHC. A guided grief group for anyone navigating the challenges of grief.

The purpose of this group is to establish ongoing emotional and educational support for individuals within Jefferson County. We aim to foster a compassionate environment that encourages emotional expression, connection and coping skills for those navigating grief.
