Community Apple Harvest - Round 2!

Fairfield Community Orchard – Apple Harvest Afternoon - round 2!
September 20th, 1pm –4pm

All the apples we harvested last week have been donated or processed or given away. The Cortland variety is done, but there are several more varieties ready to harvest!

Come harvest ripe apples - stock up on fresh organic tree ripened apples! Some varieties are ready to cook with while others will keep for weeks with the right condition.

Location: East of Chautauqua Park on the Loop trail.
Park at the bottom of the hill in Chautauqua park - walk across the bridge towards the loop trail to find us!

What to Bring: a hat, water, gloves, closed toe shoes, sunscreen, containers to bring fruit home in.

We will have several ladders, fruit picking poles and harvesting aprons. Feel free to bring short step ladders and step stools and any harvest gear you have.
