🔥 CLASSICAL MAT PILATES FLOW: LEVEL 2-4 IS BACK! 🔥
Starting this Saturday and running weekly from 10:00–10:55 AM!
Great news for all you dedicated Pilates lovers who thrive on a Saturday morning challenge (yes, we mean core challenge 😏).
This time, we're running it in 6-week blocks, with possible 1-week breaks in between. We ask that you sign up for the full 6 sessions—or as many as you can—in advance.
Who can join?
✅ Vitalbody Pilates Students at Improvers (level 2) or above.
✅ Newcomers to the studio or class are welcome!
✅ You need at least 6 weeks of in-person Pilates Mat experience (not online).
🚫 No acute injuries or active pain, please.
We provide modifications and level-based options, but this class is all about continuous movement—flowing from one Classical Pilates exercise to the next, no stopping, just breath, precision, and that deep muscle activation.
