Get ready to kick off the season with Paradise Pool Service!

Our 2025 Lifeguard Orientation is your official welcome into the team. Whether you're a Lifeguard, Assistant Manager, or Pool Manager, this session is designed to set you up for success from day one.

• Your new uniform for the 2025 season (required for everyone)
• A full breakdown of the company, your role, and responsibilities
• Key info you’ll need before starting on May 25th
• A chance to meet your managers or teammates
• Time to ask any questions you may have

• Pay upfront via PayPal
• Or have it deducted from your paycheck

• In-person only at our Fairfax, VA office
• Light refreshments will be available
• This is a MANDATORY step before your first day on the job!

If you know someone who wants to apply, bring them along! They can interview and attend orientation at the same time.

We ask that everyone registers ahead of time so we know who will be attending.
