This drop-in class is designed specifically for adults seeking to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall joint health. This 75-minute session will guide you through a series of deep stretches and mindful movement techniques that target common areas of tightness and discomfort in the body, promoting relaxation, injury prevention, and enhanced quality of life.

Key Components of Class:
- Breathing Techniques: Each session begins with breath work to promote deep relaxation and set the intention for the class.
- Gentle Warm-Up: Focused on mobilizing the joints and activating key muscle groups in preparation for deeper stretching.
- Targeted Stretching: Each class focuses on specific muscle groups to improve flexibility, mobility, and muscle length.
- Cool Down & Relaxation: End each class with deep, restorative stretches and a mindful cool-down to promote long-lasting relaxation.
- Modification & Accessibility: The class offers modifications for various fitness levels and is accessible for individuals with limited mobility or those recovering from injury.
Course Requirements:
- No prior stretching experience is necessary.
- Comfortable clothing and a yoga mat are recommended.
- Optional props include blocks, straps, or cushions to support various poses. We have plenty of extras too!
- Water bottle with your name on it and a towel could come in handy.
This class the perfect opportunity to increase your flexibility, relieve pain, and feel more mobile, all while learning to stretch in a mindful and accessible way tailored to the needs of a mature adult body.
