Join us for a rejuvenating 3-hour retreat designed to help you reset and restore your nervous system.
We’ll begin by gently stimulating the vagus nerve to guide the body into a state of rest and safety, where heart rate and blood pressure naturally lower, and the parasympathetic nervous system is activated.
The first portion of the retreat will include somatic movement and conscious breathwork, inviting physical release and signaling to the body that it’s safe to relax. From there, we’ll ground into stillness, gently slowing our brain waves to cultivate a quieter, more peaceful mind.
This will lead us into a deeply nourishing 1.5 hour Yin and Restorative yoga practice, where postures are held for 4–8 minutes to target the fascia and release deep-seated tension.
The experience culminates into a fully supported shape for Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that includes a detailed body scan and sensory awareness practice.
All of these practices slow down your brain waves and allow you to feel more at ease in your mind and body. You’ll leave feeling renewed, spacious, and deeply connected to yourself. This leads to greater clarity, nervous system balance, and inner calm.
