This intimate 4.5-hour experience blends ceremony, creativity, and deep rest. It is the perfect opportunity for anyone craving connection and clarity.
 
 
The day begins with a warm cup of Organic Ceremonial Criollo Cacao grown in Peru to gently open the heart and set intentions. Please look into some research regarding any contraindications with Cacao if you plan on attending.
 
Each guest will receive a gift bag thoughtfully curated to carry on your inspirations. 

We will spend 1.5 hours creating a vision board to connect with your goals and desires. Please feel free to bring extra magazines, photos or items that you'd like to glue onto your vision board. We will have the poster paper for your vision board, scissors, glue sticks, and magazines of all sorts. This is time to get into your creative and inspired side.
 
 
After creating our vision boards, we will settle into a 2-hour Yin and Restorative Yoga practice designed to help your body unwind and your mind soften. Your nervous system resets through long, nourishing poses supported by props. This is a practice open to all levels of experience.
 
 
Throughout our time together, enjoy refreshing adaptogenic elixirs, as well as light, yummy snacks.
 
 
This wellness day is designed to help you reinvigorate those deep passions and step away from the stress or routine of the daily life. 

You will leave with a full heart, a gift bag, and your very own vision board to dream on.
