Everything Handstand! (Ages 7+)
Improve your handstand posture & form while expanding creativity with different handstand styles and approaches. Class is scalable to meet you towards advancing your handstand capabilities and allowing for the skill to become a gateway to new tumbling patterns.
Tuesday, July 15th 4:30-6pm (1.5 Hours)
Free Flowing Floor (Ages 7+)
This workshop combines acrobatics with contemporary dance movement across the floor! Students will learn flow patterns as well as creative methods of getting on and
off the ground as well as new skill connections.

Wheels and Walks (Ages 7-10)
This workshop is all about cartwheels and walkovers! Improve your skill posture and power to allow for clean lines and better connections to other acrobatic skills. Deepen your creative powers with different entrance and exit styles which lead into combinations.
