Aerial Yoga // Slow Flow 9-Week Semester

This 60-minute Aerial Yoga class focuses on combining the gentle flow of breath with deep stretching and mindful movement, all while using the support of the aerial hammock. The course is 9-weeks long, with no class the week of Thanksgiving.

Perfect for all levels, this class invites you to explore the benefits of gravity-assisted stretches, core activation, and mindful breathing techniques to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness.

This is an adult-focused course. Limited to 7 students. Please let us know if you are sensitive to essential oils at the beginning of the class.

Taught by a 200-hour RYT Certified Instructor.
