RELEASING PAIN & TRAUMA FROM THE BODY - Guided Meditation & Sound Bath, $40

This gentle guided meditation is for those dealing with chronic pain or recovering from trauma. It is a soothing, healing session designed to support you feeling safe in your body as you begin the process of releasing.

It takes courage to listen to and trust your body and the signs it is giving you, but when you sit with and acknowledge pain, discomfort, and fear, you empower yourself to release and ease pain and trauma from your body, mind, heart and soul.

This one hour session is accompanied by the soothing sounds of ancient Tibetan bowls, gong, and other sacred instruments. Stay for tea. community, and sharing.
