Bli med på utendørs-yoga i sommer!

Hver tirsdag fra 17. juni til 19. august.

Dropp-innom klasse, ingen påmelding og du kan fint komme uten yoga-erfaring.

Øvelsene passer og gjør godt for de fleste.
Erfaren og jordnær lærer gir deg enkle og tydelige instruksjoner.

Du har løse behagelige klær og eget underlag å gjøre yoga på.

Vi møtes på parkeringen kl. 17.45 og finner egnet plass.
