Save the Date! Learn to Make Summer Rolls!!

The options for summer rolls are endless! Naturally gluten free, summer rolls are a light and healthy vehicle for meat, seafood, or completely vegetarian with tofu and veggies. Even more flavor combinations are introduced with fun sauces and dips!

You will learn how to work with rice paper rolls and rice noodles, how to build a summer roll with your choice of proteins, vegetables and create sauces. You will prepare the proteins, learning how to grill flank steak, saute shrimp, and marinate tofu. Lots of knife work in this class for vegetables too!

Tickets will be available for sale on July 1st.
