Intro to Acro - Nybegynnere

Join us for a introduction class of partner acrobatics. A playful and fun activity to train strength, flexibility, balance, trust & communication.

The only thing you need to bring is an open mind. No former experience or sports background needed. You will be surprised how much you can actually do!

It's not necessary to bring a partner but you're welcome to invite your friends! The more the merrier.

When: kl. 17:00-18:00 class , 18:00-19:00 open jam
