This is an in-person event in Chester County, PA for nonprofit organizations.
Getting diverse perspectives is essential for good decision making, but coordinating busy schedules can be a challenge. What if AI could help?
In this workshop, you will create a Virtual Advisory Panel—a structured process for simulating stakeholder feedback to guide planning and decision making. While it can’t replace real conversations, this process will help nonprofits test ideas, identify key concerns, and refine strategies before engaging stakeholders directly. AI tools make it easier and more cost-effective for nonprofits to gather high-quality stakeholder input, helping leaders make more informed strategic decisions.
Participants will learn how to:
✅ Define strategic objectives
✅ Develop customized stakeholder personas representing key voices (such as funders, community members, and staff)
✅ Generate AI-driven insights from these virtual participants.
You'll leave with a structured, repeatable way to bring more voices into your planning process—helping you refine ideas and prepare for deeper discussions with your staff and board.
Notes: This workshop is designed for nonprofit professionals of all experience levels. While beginners are welcome, a basic understanding of AI tools is helpful.
This workshop will be in-person and hands-on. You will have the best experience by bringing a laptop and having a ChatGPT account (free version will suffice).
Space is limited, and we are only accepting individuals from nonprofit organizations and their board members.
