What you will learn:

In this engaging hands-on course, massage therapists will dive into the science behind Kinesiology Tape, explore its many benefits, and learn practical application techniques for common client complaints.

Whether you're working with athletes, post-surgical clients, or anyone in need of pain management, this course will teach you how to harness the power of Kinesiology Tape to support your clients' recovery and well-being.

In this course, you will:

• Learn How Kinesiology Tape Works
• Explain the Benefits of Kinesiology Tape
• Identify Contraindications and Precautions
• Master Application Protocols for Common Conditions, including shoulder pain, lower back pain, knee injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, and plantar fasciitis.
• Gain the confidence to customize your tape applications based on individual client needs.

What to bring: You will both be taping and getting taped, so please dress in a way so we can easily access your arms/back/legs, etc. (Think tank tops/shorts) You may bring linens if you prefer. Additionally, we will provide the tape for class. We are using KT Tape, but if you have a brand you prefer, you may bring it.
