Free Featured Format - Meet Me at the Barre

Free Class! Each month Vibe Vault Fit hosts a Free Featured Format so you have the opportunity to try and fall in love. Your next chance is our Meet Me at the Barre class on Saturday October 11th @ 10:30am. MEET ME AT THE BARRE is a ballet barre based 45 minute workout fusing elements ballet with modern muscle strengthening and utilizes our wall mounted barres as well as free weights, resistance cords and other accessories. You don’t have to be a bun-head to reap the benefits of a barre class. Get in touch with your inner grace in this 45 minute format designed to improve your posture, strength and flexibility. This low impact format is for all levels, so whether you grew up at a ballet barre or never stepped foot in a dance studio you’ll find yourself feeling sweaty and successful every time.
