This technique works well for your regular clients and athletes.Pin & Release (AKA Active Release Technique), is a movement-based muscle lengthening technique that is highly effective in treating dysfunction in: muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Pin and stretch is a method of stretching involving shortening the muscle length by pinning the muscle, then taking the muscle through the full range of motion.
