Free Featured Format - Club Vibe

Free Class! Each month Vibe Vault Fit hosts a Free Featured Format so you have the opportunity to try and fall in love. Your next chance is our Club Vibe class on Monday 8/11 @ 7:15pm. CLUB VIBE is a 45 min non-stop cardio dance party combining your fav moves from Vibe Dance Fit but remixed to a custom DJ mix by Vitamin KC! If you love dancing it out to your favorite Vibe music, and are ready to TRY THE REMIX… then this is the class for you! CLUB VIBE class structure was designed to mimic dance music beats. It will start with THE BREAKDOWN, aka non-stop 8 min warm up. Next, is THE BUILD, aka your 30 min dance fitness choreography section. Then end with THE DROP, aka group battle style choreo combination broken down and taught via progression! Sound intriguing? Come try a class and find out what all the HYPE is about. We guarantee you’ll leave CLUB VIBE feeling stronger, empowered and more fierce than ever!
