World Tai Chi Qigong Day 2025

This is a global event happening at 10am local time to send a wave a good energy around the world from Hawaii to New Zealand. Meet in Manor Gardens to join in with some simple Qigong moves at 10am. This will be followed by a demonstration from those who come to my sessions locally. Anyone is welcome to come along to join in, or just to watch.

Qigong (pronounced chi-gong) is the ancient chinese art of movement to promote health in the mind, body and spirit. It's fun to do and easy to learn and I host regular sessions in Exmouth.
