Sound bath therapy

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and gentle vibrations of this deeply relaxing sound bath session with Rezenance on Thursday 5th February from 6pm.

Guided by carefully chosen instruments and calming tones, the experience is designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and gently restore balance to the body.

As the sound waves wash over you, everyday stresses melt away, allowing you to drift into a state of deep relaxation. You’ll leave the session feeling refreshed, grounded, and completely zen.

Tickets are £15 per person. If you are a Sidmouth HarSPA member, tickets are £10.
