The Snow Moon is a time for deep rest, quiet release, and turning inward 🌙❄️

Join Barb & Kelly H on February 1 for a 2-hour Snow Moon Yin + Flow experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reset in the heart of winter.

This extended experience includes:
• Gentle yin flow
• Singing bowls woven throughout the practice
• A guided Snow Moon intention + release ritual
• Deep meditation and extended savasana
• Warm herbal tea to close the evening
