September Social & Competition Meeting

Paul Rapson will show ways of creating skin tones by layering your colours, using coloured pencils.

Competition - ‘ An Architectural Landscape'.
Be interesting if we could paint this from The Ottoman Empire, following on from last month’s talk with Richard.
The winning entry will receive the Paul Butler Trophy.
