These sessions are designed to rebuild functional core strength and general mobility following childbirth.
Run by Nancy, an experienced physiotherapist specialising in post natal rehabilitation and pelvic health, you are very in safe hands. You can bring your baby along too.
The 6 week block will start from Friday 12th September 2025. Drop in spaces will also be available once the term start.
Suitable from 6-8 weeks post partum (or after your GP check) untill around 9 months post partum ( or when your baby is on the move)
Exercises can be adapted to suit the indiviudal and are safe if you have had any birth trauma/ perineal tears, diastasis, urinary issues or symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any cocnerns.
You are of course welcome to attend without baby if you don't mind other babies being there.
It is a very friendly session and all equipment is provided during this session. You may want to bring baby bouncers or additonal toys though if you thik that is what your baby needs.
