Flow & Blend: Yoga & herbal tea workshop

This has been in the works for awhile and I can't wait to offer this new event in collaboration with the lovely Sophie from Tisane Tea Devon. I've been desperate to host an event at the gorgeous upstairs event space at Topsham Brewery on the Quayside, and we have the most beautiful, cosy Sunday morning planned! We will meet for a super nourishing, feel-good morning flow. Sophie will then guide us through a herbal tea workshop, where we will learn the health benefits of several different herbs, and we will have the chance to make our own unique blends to bring home. We will also sample some of Sophie's signature herbal tea blends and enjoy some delicious cakes. Investment is £30 per person, pre-booking is essential as spaces are limited.
