Tournament format and tickets
Tickets will be £12. If we have 16 or less players, there will be 4 rounds of swiss. If there are more than 16 players, we will add a 5th round of swiss. Note that we need a minimum of 8 players to be a sanctioned x-wing alliance squad championship.
Please click "Interested" if you think you're likely to be able to make it. This is a new venue so we'd like to gauge interest before confirming the event date and putting tickets on sale.
Timings
8:30am - Registration opens
9:30am - Registration closes
9:50am - Player briefing
10:00am - Round 1 starts
11:30am - Round 2 starts
12:45pm - Lunch
1:45pm - Round 3 starts
3:15pm - Round 4 starts
5:00pm - Prize giving and close
If there's a 5th round of swiss, adjusted timings will be:
4:45pm - Round 5 starts
6:30pm - Prize giving and close
Prizes
Providing we have at least 8 players, prizes will come from the x-wing alliance prize kit. Please see the link below for details. We're a group of players local to Exeter and we're hiring the venue for the day, hence any money from sold tickets above our cost for the venue will be spent on additional prizes.

Lunch
We will look into having an option for pasties delivered to the venue. Alternatively there are a number of takeaways and shops nearby.
Venue and parking
To find the venue, search for "Whipton Institute Social Club" in Exeter, the postcode is EX4 8AW. Note that the venue has free parking. Spaces are limited, there should be enough for all players, but please try to lift share if possible.
