By joining us, you'll help improve the discharge process for families across Devon as well as receiving a £10 Love2Shop voucher and free pastries👏!
Over the next few months we'll be running discharge focus groups across Devon. Our findings will be put together in report, which will be reviewed by participants of the focus groups, and we will work directly with each hospital trust to improve their discharge process based on your comments.
The session will run for 2 hours with a break in the middle.

❤️Mapping out your ideal discharge journey
Who can come? Anyone who has been discharged from a maternity unit or neonatal unit in the last year. Babies are also welcome to join!

Unfortunately this event is not wheelchair accessible as it takes place in the second floor in the Baby Room and there is no lift.
