Sound vibrations work with your body to rebalance, de-stress and assist healing, or simply as a beautiful way to relax. Sound healing is very effective in many areas including stress, anxiety, pain and sleep. It can assist on all levels of mind, body, spirit and emotion. Allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments, while you are held in a safe healing space. Followed by tea and cake to ground.
