Have you ever thought about trying yoga… but felt unsure, awkward, or convinced you weren’t flexible enough?
This beginner yoga course in Devon is designed especially for people who have never done yoga before — or tried once and didn’t feel at home.
This is not about poses, performance, or pushing your body.
It’s about learning how to move gently, breathe better, and feel more comfortable in your body — in a calm, supportive space.
What you can expect:

This course is for you if:
