🍂 Autumn Day Retreat: Mindfulness Meditation & Relaxation 🍂
🍁 As the days grow shorter and the light softens, you are warmly invited to join this nourishing day retreat in a beautiful rural setting.
🧘🏻♀️ The day offers a gentle space to rest and turn inward, reconnecting with yourself and the season. We will explore together a range of mindfulness practices to support restoration: mindful movement, walking with steady awareness and stillness practices such as the body scan and mindful sitting, awakening fresh presence through hearing and seeing.
💚 Alongside these, you will be guided through heart-nourishing practices that invite ease, connection and a deep sense of inner refuge. We will also take time to appreciate this season of transition and reflect on what can sustain us as we move into the winter months.
✨ The day offers guided practices for people who are new to mindfulness and meditation, as well as the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals for those with previous experience.
👩🏻 I qualified as a Mindfulness Teacher with the University of Exeter in 2014 and have been teaching mindfulness courses since.
