I run a free, confidential community drop-in in Exmouth every Friday for anyone who wants to talk about addiction.
This might be because:
• you’re struggling yourself
• someone you care about is affected
• you work with people impacted by addiction
• you’re part of the community and want to understand more
There’s no judgement, no pressure, and no expectation to label yourself in any way.

🕛 Fridays, 12–3pm
You can pop in for five minutes or stay longer — it’s completely your choice.
