'Journey to the Heart Exclusive' soundbath is a Premium event for a maximum of only 6 people, located in the heart of Exeter City Centre, only a few minutes walk from Exeter Central train station.
No hard floors to lie on. Comfortable couches, a pillow, eye pillow and bolster are provided for your comfort.
This is particularly suitable for anyone who experiences discomfort lying on the floor, or simply for anyone who appreciates comfort for a greater experience of letting go and sinking in.
This is an immersive sensory experience of sound, vibration, breath and nurturing touch, led by the drum for a beautiful, meditative and rhythmic flow into deep relaxation.
