Beach Yoga at Excelsior Beach

We’re so back for another season of feel-good movement by the water!

This August 28th, join us for an all-levels evening yoga class at beautiful Excelsior Beach. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned pro, this is your chance to unwind outdoors with a fun, accessible flow that’s perfect for everyone.

Expect gentle movement, lake breezes, and a laid-back atmosphere that celebrates community, wellness, and the joy of moving your body. The class takes place directly on the beach, so bring a mat or towel you’re okay getting sandy, along with a water bottle to stay hydrated.
