Support Group for Mental Health

dlbtto is hosting a monthly support group starting September 8th! Every 2nd Monday of the month, we will be meeting at the ES Community Center.
Our peer-led support groups are open to anyone who is needing a space to open up about anything! Mental health does not discriminate, so please, if you feel like you are needing somewhere to go, someone to open up with, this group is for you!
Each person who attends will have 10-15 minutes to open up, and share their struggles/achievements and truly feel connected. If you’re not feeling like sharing, that is completely fine as well!
We hope this brings connectedness & true community support here in Excelsior!
