Come and find ways to slow down, breathe and rest. Join Wendy Salmon Yoga for a day of deep rest and renewal explored in a series of workshops. Over four workshops you will develop techniques and methods to achieve and experience effective deep rest
1. breath work to help you find ease
2. introduction to meditation,
3. gentle yin yoga practice that helps you to look inwards and achieve a meditative state with yoga nidra
4. restorative yoga and sound bath to help you find stillness and calm.
Attending all 4 workshops is recommended but you can attend one or more
When: Sunday 16th November
Times: First workshop starts at 10am. Last workshop ends at 4.30pm. Each workshop lasts 90 minutes
Cost: A single workshop costs£18. There are discounts for attending multiple workshops
