Over four workshops you will develop techniques and methods to achieve and experience effective deep rest starting with breath work to help you find ease, moving onto an introduction to meditation, then experience a gentle yoga practice that helps you to look inwards and achieve a meditative state and the final workshop that brings together restorative yoga and sound bath to help you find stillness and calm.
