Mindful Paddling Meet Up

Welcome to the Mindful Paddling Meet Up!

Join us for a relaxing evening of paddling on beautiful Evergreen Lake. This event is all about connecting with nature and practicing mindfulness while enjoying the serene waters. Relaxation and mindfulness exercises will be led on the water by a licensed therapist.

Dates: July 10, 21, 31

Time: 6 -7pm

Location: Evergreen Lake, Evergreen CO

• Age: Adults
• $15 per session (Does not include admission to lake, $10 day pass)

*** Charis Wellness Adventures can provide 1 person a paddle board and a day pass. Email chariswellnessadventures.com if you would like to use the paddle board and/or day pass (first come first served).
