Manhattan Night at Short Path Distillery

One of the most iconic cocktails of all time, the Manhattan is proof that simplicity can be perfect — just three ingredients: Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, and Bitters. When balanced just right, it’s magic in a glass.

In 2022, we set out to craft our own version of Sweet Vermouth — and the result was Americano Rouge. Made from Massachusetts-grown grapes, we distill the wine into brandy, then proof it down with more local red wine. With this spirit, we can now create a true Short Path Manhattan — built entirely from spirits made right here at our distillery.
