After many years of maintaining sobriety, Ali discovered that traditional therapy and Northern medicine alone couldn’t fully address the deep-rooted effects of Generational Trauma and past abuse. Her quest for holistic healing led her to explore Shamanic Energy Healing and Crystal Therapy, inspiring her to create Awaken Yourself—a sanctuary dedicated to personalized, transformative healing.

Passionate about empowering others on their wellness journey, Ali continually researches innovative approaches to holistic health to offer tailored solutions. She is a certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Womb Therapist, Sound Healer, and practicing Shaman with expertise in Shamanic Energy Teacher. Her mission is to facilitate healing, growth, and self-awareness, guiding clients toward their highest potential.

Ali’s true gift lies in her ability to foster connection and community, creating safe, nurturing spaces for individuals to learn, share, andheal together. In 2023, she fulfilled her vision by opening a welcoming storefront with multiple healing rooms—an inspiring environment that nurtures community, promotes personal transformation, and supports collective growth.

Hi, I’m Jess! I am the proud owner of The Reiki Room, where I offer a sacred space for healing and growth. As a Master Level Usui and Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, along with training in Shamanic Healing practices and ceremonies, I am dedicated to guiding others on their transformative journeys.

Since childhood, I’ve sensed a deep calling to help others heal. I launched my practice in 2020 to fulfill this purpose, feeling divinely guided to support others in discovering their inner light. My focus is on inner child healing and fostering a better understanding of your personal energy, empowering you to reconnect with your true self.

My intention is to create a sacred, intentional space where healing can flourish—helping individuals discover their light and learn to self-heal. In addition to Reiki sessions, I craft Reiki-infused soy intention candles and sprays, offer personalized one-on-one sessions, spiritual readings, group events, candle-making classes, and more.

I am honored to walk alongside my clients, holding space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.
